Help with placing an order


Ordering with EUport is quick and easy. Our ordering process consists of three clear steps. Your order becomes final only after your confirmation.

1. Select your products
The button "Add to Cart" adds an item to your cart. You can adjust the amount if you want to order more of the same item. With the link "Continue Shopping" you return back to the store.
Did you change your mind? Then you can click on the Trashcan-icon to remove the item.
Finished shopping? Then you can click "Proceed to Checkout".

2. Enter your address details
In the form "Billing Address" you can enter your address details. We use this information to send your order. Fields with an asterix (*) are required. In the middle of the screen you choose your shipping method and payment method. In the right column, you see a summary of your order.

3. Confirm your order
Is everything in order? Then you can complete the order by checking the "Ik ga akkoord met de voorwaarden" (I agree with the terms and conditions) and then with the button "Place order now".

 

Order status via e-mail
After you placed your order, you will be kept up to date via email for every step:

• Order Confirmation
After we received your order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. Here, all the information is shown in an overview.
Didn't receive an email? Check if the confirmation didn't end up in the Spam folder. If this is not the case, then please contact us immediately.

• Shipping Confirmation
Once EUport sends your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace information.

 

Canceling or changing your order
Do you want to change or cancel a recently placed order? Then contact us. You can reach us via phone on number 050-7620810. The cancellation of an order is free of charge if the package has not yet been sent. If you have already accepted the package from the mailman, then the shipping costs for return shipment are your responsibility.
