Warranty period
The suppliers warranty period applies to all our products.


Excluded from warranty
The following claims are excluded from warranty:

  • Broken screens
  • Claims due to improper use
  • Moisture and water damage
  • Fall or impact damage

 

Defect on arrival
If your product does not function properly on arrival, please contact our customer service. If the supplier confirms the defect, you will receive a new product in most cases.

Note! When you send back an article that did not function (properly) on arrival, please keep the original packaging complete and in original condition (as good as possible).

Roadmap warranty and defects
Follow the next steps if you want to use the warranty:

  1. Report to our customer service you want to send back an article
  2. If you send the article for repair, follow instructions below:
    • Always include a clear complaint description
    • Always mention your personal data (address, telephone number, e-mail etc)
    • Include a copy of the invoice/purchase receipt and (if supplied) the original warranty card
    • Only send the article related to complaint/defect (no accessories, memory cards etc)
    • Pack the item well to prefent transport damage
    • We advise you to use 'track&trace' 
  3. After we receive your package, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail
  4. We will look into your claim and will propose a solution as soon as possible

 

Costs

  • The costs for sending an article are for your account
  • When returned without repair, under warranty: €12,- (costs for sending back excluded)
  • Research costs: €55,- (out of warranty, when returned without repair), unless otherwise indicated
  • Out of warranty means: Fall, impact, squeeze, water damage, force, incompetent use


You receive 3 months warranty on a repair, unless otherwise indicated.
