Since April 2022 you can use Reolink Cloud in the Netherlands.
Reolink Cloud can record videos every time motion is detected. No worries about missing things, even if your device is stolen or your Micro SD card is broken. You can access your Cloud video history via Reolink App or web page anytime, from anywhere.
Encrypted Cloud Storage
Reolink Cloud collaborates with AWS for secure data storage. Also, Reolink uses 2048-bit RSA, 128-bit AES algorithm and TLS to encrypt transmission channels. When you save footage to Cloud or play clips back, your personal information is always kept confidential from beginning to end.

At this moment Reolink Cloud has 2 plans. The Single Device Plan and the Standard Plan. You can subscribe to yearly or monthly plans. See screenshot:
