Shipping Costs
Please keep in mind that an additional fee is charged with large packages because of the mass and/or size.
In all cases, the shipping costs will be indicated when placing an order, so there are no surprises.

• Shipping costs in the Netherlands when using prepayment or iDeal: € 8,00 (ex BTW)
• Shipping costs in Belgium when using prepayment or Bancontact: € 12,00 (ex BTW)

Returning Shipments
You can only return products to us if you have notified us beforehand. You must clearly indicate why you want to return the product, which product it concerns, and what the ordernumber is. We will then send you instructions on how to send the product and to which address.

We advise to always use good packaging material voor returnshipments, preferably in the box in which you received your order, in case it is not damaged.

Make sure that there is enough postage on the package. Packages with insufficient or no postage will be denied.
