The Foscam G4C starlight camera is a surveillance outdoor camera with starlight sensor. The camera comes with extra spotlights that illuminate the area. With these spotlights you can scare off unwelcome visitors. G4C records video when it detects motion.
The biggest advantage of a starlight camera compared to a regular outdoor camera is that it gives bright color images even in almost darkness. So you can see full-color, high quality images in low-light environments without having to use the extra spotlights or IR LEDs.

The Foscam G4C security camera comes with 4 MP resolution and provides HD images. Uninterupted security, no matter day or night.
Night vision
Foscam G4C color night vision WiFi Camera has F/1.65 aperture and built-in IR LEDs and spotlights. The spotlights turn on automatically in low-light to ensure the best color night vision without glare. Capture 2K footage with balanced lighting.
This 4MP camera with built-in 2pcs spotlight and IR LED not only provides excellent colour night vision, but also outdoor lighting, which you can turn on and off as you like. Color night vision range up to 20m (66ft).
Smart mode
This 4MP camera provides 4 modes to switch, which can be set according to your preferences. If you do not need additional lighting, please go to Foscam App to switch the camera to black and white night vision, if the surrounding lights are sufficient, you can also choose to turn off the supplement light mode, or you can choose the 4th auto mode, it`s very smart which will turn on the spotlight automatically when suspicious action is detected, making its alarm video in color night vision, the rest of the time viewing is black and white night vision.
IP66 weatherproof & metal housing
IP66 rated, the 2K camera is able to withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C to 60°C. All-metal housing provides additional protection. It can be installed outdoors & indoors without limitation.
